My husband and I visited with our 2 dogs and enjoyed touring the garden and eating at the cafe. The food was very good and the staff friendly. It was an added bonus seeing the deer close up.

Unfortunately we did not have time to explore the gardens but thoroughly enjoyed a guided tour of the house after a snack lunch in the cafe. Guide was excellent and very informative - such an interesting history.
