you dont have to have a bicycle , you can just take a stroll , or even a jog , it runs along side the river ,with lovely views , and best of all pubs at both ends ,well in the villages ,

There is a hire company in Padstow and one in Wadebridge I’ve only used the Padstow one.they do cater for young children with little trailers on some of the cycles.

Depending on time of year and your level of fitness but I would allow 2 hours to be on the safe side.
