Myself, husband and six year old son had a great day cycling from Padstow to Wadebridge. We’ll maintain cycle path and generally very flat. Lots of places to stop for a rest...take a pasty with you!

Flat, hard and long. Perfect. Cafes along the way, Wadebridge too to stop at. A lovely old rail line. A little busy but with great cycle hire in Padstow, it’s a must

My daughter and son-in-law rented out two bikes with trailers for our two and did the ride from Padstow to Wadebridge and back, which took them an afternoon. They all loved it and had a great time.

Having ridden the Camel Trail years ago on the bikes, this time we decided to bring our own. There are plenty of bike hire places at Wadebridge and Padstow though. My daughter only learned to ride independently about a month ago, and she zoomed off...More

also note the section from Bodmin to Wadebridge is at a slight downhill incline all the way so its nice and easy in that direction. It will take longer to return !
