We visited this museum as part of a trip to Devon. First of all, it is not an easy place to find as the road to Moretenhampstead is quite narrow and windy in places despite being an A road, also there are no signs to...More

A very impressive personal collection and so much to look at. Despite myself having little knowledge about cars/motorbikes it's still really interesting to see. Two floors of history at £6 per adult is worth the visit.

As a family of three we visited the motor museum on a Friday afternoon. We're not car enthusiasts but we wanted to take our little boy to see some old cars, which he absolutely loved! There is a wonderful collection of cars not to mention...More

Off the beaten track, but certainly worth hunting-down. An excellent and extensive collection of cars and motorcycles from yesteryear housed in a former bus garage. Nice to see these vehicles being preserved for the sake of posterity.

A fab place to visit but fifteen pounds for a family of four is a bit steep for less than an hour. It's a private collection and didn't plan on becoming a shareholder.

We past the museum just by accident and decided to stop and visit it. What a surprise! From the outside it could look just like a garage but inside it is an impressive collections of more than 100 vintage cars and motorbikes dating back to...More

Our group of eighteen senior friends visited this magical museum and spent an enjoyable trip down memory lane wandering through the magnificent collection of over 130 vehicles dating from 1904 up to 1980's. We were regaled by Frank the owner with an amusing and informative...More

There is a wheelchair lift I believe. But sadly there is limited space to get a wheelchair near to all the cars.

No, but there are three cafe's and toilets within sight. Moretonhampstead is very compact. There are also three food pubs also within the town and a few hundred paces.
