Enjoyed the short river walk to the Mill, with millstream racing to one side. Mill complex has been sympathetically restored. Pleasant amenities; loos, cafe. Some interesting shops; a micro brewery and a sewing and fabric shop, as well as the inevitable high end jewellery workshop...More

The Mill complex takes you far back in time and demonstrates how for hundreds of years this mill has ground flour. A wonderful experience that can be enjoyed by young and old.

For over twenty years the Lyme Regis Town Mill has allowed visitors to experience one thousand years of milling on this site. It now offers a range of artisan and craft experiences and art galleries. Suitable for all ages and all interests.

Four adults with four teenagers. We all thoroughly enjoyed the knowledgeable talk and tour! Great purchases in the shop, especially the brilliant boxes of baking kits. We would all highly recommend

We really enjoyed the coffee & cake at the Town Mill - it was all very tasty & we were given good service with a smile - what could be nicer for a Sunday morning treat?!

Couple of stairs from the main town (not far from the bus stop). Beautiful old building although sadly not much to see of the mill itself. There's a few shops including a great little coffee shop with breakfast.

The Town Mill is open 11am - 4pm every day. The only proviso is that it's run by volunteers, so there may be the occasional shift that is not covered.
