What a great day out, such a beautiful place with genuine and passionate people, we got to see some beautiful bird's and watch some spectacular flying whilst having great commentary that doesn't sound scripted or false, the staff clearly love what they do and the birds they have. I must say that although all the staff are wonderful, Jemima is... More

After driving through some small roads, it is a really good surprise to be met with this place. Well kept and pleasantly nice facilities, a good, varied array of birds, staff that is really nice and wonderful live flight demonstrations all make it a must visit for anyone minimally interested in birds of prey. Bear with the trip and the... More

What can I say except a fabulous day, you learn so much from the talks whilst the demonstrations are taking place, the owner is quite dry with her humour but so passionate about what they are doing. Real conservation work with world wide impact within the U.K. fantastic place to visit spent the whole day there, nice little cafe to... More

It was over a year since out last family visit to The International Centre for Birds of Prey at Newent. The place was just as great as ever, with steady improvements in customer facilities and the bird aviaries. Jemima Parry Jones was her usual humorous self. We were there for the whole day. We saw all three flying displays, 11:30... More

We have been several times to the centre and been on the experience days and can highly recommend a visit. The bird displays are the best you will ever see and kept the children (6 and 3) entertained. Jemima Parry Jones makes the experience truly memorable with her witty comments and interaction with the birds and the children. Her enthusiasm... More

We have been to one or two bird of prey centres but this is by far the best that we have seen and you will not believe how may different birds are here. We arrived just before 11am and saw one of the flight displays at 11:30am then noticed that the next display was at 2pm. We had a cuppa... More

Having last visited the centre 25 years ago I was eager to experience a flying and handling experience there with my wife. Making the online booking was easy and selecting the date to coincide with our holiday likewise. Arriving at 0945 before the paying public, we were given an introduction by our two guides/handlers before going out to the display... More

We often go to various Bird of prey centres on our travels. We think this place is the biggest we've seen. It's also very very clean and well organised with a very wide range of birds. There are regular displays through the day. There's a nice cafe and shop etc. Highly recommended.

What a superb day out this place offers. Wonderful grounds, incredible array of birds, entertaining and fascinating flying displays and really friendly staff. Children and adults alike will love this place. Plus its a charity so profits go to a great cause. The cafe is fine but doesn't do the lovely surroundings any justice as it's a bit dark and... More
