The website allowed my booking without any issues, the office is not always manned hence the telephone is not answered. If there are continuing issues try sending a message via the website.

Hi we are desperate to see whales, could anyone tell me the best time to visit? I appreciate weather may be an issue but am happy to stay for a week just in case? So any constructive advice would be welcome, eg accommodation, location, price etc. Many thanks all Rebecca
