My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stroll here and the views are fabulous. Very peaceful and relaxing. Parking is free for national trust members. There is an old church here aswell as a lovely beach.

Lovely beach, off the beaten track. Quite a remote place to get to but well worth it. Small cafe/takeaway on path down to the beach and a lovely little church and that's it but the tranquility of the whole area is breathtaking.
Mwnt beach is off the beaten track and only accessible by a series of steps. Not suitable if you cannot tolerate these. The wind never ceases and if it is foggy, you are wasting your time. My visit, this time, was in beautiful although chilly...More
We were doing a bit of a drive around today and found Mwnt. It's National Trust parking so free for us as members but £4 otherwise. It's a nice little beach where we could climb rocks and the kids could paddle in the stream. We...More

You have to walk down an awful lot of steps to the beach, and back up again at the end of the day. It's ok if you're fairly fit and healthy without much to carry but I should imagine a pushchair would be difficult/impossible (never tried it myself). Try poppit sands which isn't too far away by car but is more accessible.
