I am so pleased I read about this on Trip Advisor. I may not have visited otherwise and that would have been a huge loss. We had crammed so much into our short weekend break in Pembrokeshire and I had kept spotting references to the invasion but didn't really get my head around it. This beautiful tapestry told me the... Never knew about this invasion until today. The tapestry is a true work of art and describes the events in a very interesting way.

We happened across this by chance but enjoyed spending a while reading the words and matching them with the images. Won't take you long though but there are chairs should members of your party want to sit it out.

Its hard to believe that something so wonderful is tucked away in the library and manned by volunteers, a gem.

A group of us visited this tapestry as part of a tour of North Pembrokeshire. Who knew that the last invasion of Britain was in 1797? I certainly didn't, before this weekend. This beautfil work of art commemorates the occasion and it is, quite simply, stunning. Very difficult to describe - you really have to see it to believe it.

Great to see this work of art and sit in comfort and listen to the video about the tapestry history. The staff in the Library couldn't be more friendly or helpful!
