The Londa is a must see in the Torajan itinerary list.... Traditional grave holes of the people who honors death as their sacred tradition. Spot the death statues (tau-tau) of the nobles, and also the local version of Romeo and Juliet that was buried together.

Worth learning about the unique Tana Toraja culture and its traditions ... (there is a good 10 minute TED talk that gives you context). Take a good guide and enjoy the culture

It was very interesting to see the different types of graves going back a few centuries to the rock graves up to the present day with the family grave houses.

Located just around 15 minutes drive from Rantepao. One of the best spot to visit in Rantepao. Tour guides will approach you and it is advisable to get a tour guide to go along with you.
