I was there during the fest and it was full of people, tourists and local people to sell something, but you can always feel a mystic country

Bagan is simply amazing, unlike other destinations I've been to. Be sure to get a good guide so the temples make sense. There are 1,000's of them.

They are all in very close proximity and with over 2200 there is plenty to see. You can hire a local guide or go on your own.

Because of Philippines passport holder, you have 14 days visa free to visit Myanmar. September is also good time to visit Bagan neither too hot nor cold. And also you can get cheap price for hotel rooms.
Can anyone help me with a 3 days tour in Bagan and its neighboring cities. And can anyone suggest a good, reliable and not too expensive tour agency. Thank you!,,
