SM Mall average but best of the Gensan malls

SM City in GenSan has everything most other SM Cities have. Very clean and safe and a great place to eat or shop. BUT I just had to share my bizarre experience at McDonald's. I am just a largish Aussie bloke exploring the Philippines. Starving from a three hour bus trip from Davao City I simply wanted to sate my... More

*Western review* SM mall is a modern mall which is fairly big but there isn't too much good shops inside. There is a good choice of restaurants but the service is fairly poor. The cinema is good and very cheap compared to back home in the UK. There isn't too many shops to choose from.

We went shopping for some luggage and clothing. We didn't really get a chance to see the extent of the mall. It is pleasant and clean. Security is good. Washrooms are clean. And there is a nice variety of shops.

You can do everything here in one day. Cinema, lunch, buy some gifts and leave. General Santos is good for two nights. Good if you want to visit Lake Sebu and not stay in that area if you want more of a city feel. Cabs everywhere, nice friendly people, cheap food but not somewhere to stay for a week

The location isright at the heart of General Santos City. It is near almost all important establishments of the city. Whenever I am in General Santos City, I choose SM in buying groceries and dry goods.

Big mall with a lot of places to buy clothes and gadgets. If you're European taller guy, don't be surprised if they lack sizes for some pieces of clothes such as jeans. But for shorts and shirts you can find a lot of nice stuff relatively cheap. Avoid BDO bank, because they don't really know how to do their job,... More

It is just a mall. Nothing special about it. In rural areas where majority of the vast areas are rice fields and mountains, this place is a piece of heaven for the local populace. They hang out here in their Sunday church attires and ponytails after church service, and probably picture out heaven as similar to this mall. As for... More

Just like any other mall. Full of restos, local and foreign cuisine. Lots of shops. There is a van service that you can take to go to via airport
