We were touring PEI and went out of the way to see the lighthouse. It was nothing exciting and not worth going out of your way!

This is a true hidden gem, with only 43 sites and some over flow. The bathrooms are extremely clean. The beach is a short walk away. Kids can play in the open field. Sites are a good size. The beach is a nice size, water...More

We had the pleasure of staying on Panmure Island over a long weekend. What an amazing place. A small, quiet and serene island, surrounded by beaches (though many are off of private properties). Definitely a more peaceful part of PEI during the busy tourist season....More

If you get the right site this can be a great place to camp. You can bring your kayak . Great showers lots of room

Nice stop while you are visiting Panmure Island. Beautiful Lighthouse and incredible views. The beach is a pretty walk too. White sand and red sand come together here at the lighthouse

Another one of my favorite lighthouses to visit, plus the beach and views. Definitely worth the drive here to get some photos at sunset! Well maintained....

I really enjoyed seeing panmure island. It is as beautiful as the pictures so it especially at low tide. However if you are coming to swim there are much nicer beaches around try Basin Head park!
