We went on the cave tour with an 8, 6, and 16 mo child. It was the perfect length and just the right amount of walking. The guide was personable and very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.

My family have been to nearly every cave in arkansas but this one. The guide was excellent and knew his stuff. The day we went it was beautiful out and the cave temp was 58 degrees. There were a lot of little bats in the cave during this time of the year still. The gift shop was reasonable price and... More

This place is amazing. We went on the guided tour of the cave, our guide was very knowledgable of the cave and all of its wildlife. You can literally hit your head on a bat in this cave. This is definitely something you should do with all your family.

We love touring caves, but this one is an exceptional one, mainly for the tiny bats that literally covered the ceiling! So close you could touch one (but don't). We were told that best time to see them is in March and April, when they are mostly hibernating so you can see them close up. Our guide, Adam, was fun... More

I'm so pleased to hear you enjoyed Lance's tour of the cavern. He's a hoot to work with! Of course, all of our guides have their own style, and all of them provide a great experience. I'm glad you got to see our hibernating bats - they're neat little guys, just hangin' out. Thanks for coming, and keep us in... More

Wife and I enjoyed the tour. Guide was very friendly. We were lucky and basically got a personal tour of the cave. Took about an hour. We also panned for gems. Kids would love this activity. Around $10 a bag and garranteed to find something.

Panning for gems is a wonderful experience for everyone! You choose what type of gems you want to mine - emeralds, Arkansas crystal points, genuine fossils, or a mixture of over 25 different gems - you're guaranteed to find at least 8 ounces of stones. Mining is done just outside the gift shop at our water sluice - it's easy... More

We go here maybe 2-3 times per year. The caves are awesome because you get close up views of the bats and the caverns themselves are pretty cool to see. The girls LOVE panning for gemstones at the gift shop (you can buy a bag of dirt that has gems in it - for i think $8) and they can... More
