I think Badami is far better than Hampi. The monuments have not been maintained well at all temple complexes This one is the grandest and magnificent

This is the number one place for me in Hampi. A great example of our historical greatness. We should climb on the small hill nearby to capture full aerial view.

Hey, sorry for the delay in response. You do need a guy coz it is better to know the place well. Also, they charge around 200 - 300 rupees. i visited during the dusk when the liight was perfect for the shoot.
