Rivulets of lava, with a little paved help from the village and the EU, have created a good spot from which to bathe, or to look at coastal fish temporarily trapped between tides, or just look out to sea or up at the mountains.

Sorry, I'm not sure as I was there in the summer. You can check the weather on the day but you are not allowed to swim if there is a wind. When we were there, the wind was strong and no-one was able to go in specific area... More
