I wouldn't call it special, necessarily, but it was a good spot to eat a picnic lunch. It was a beautiful day and the views are nice.

My wife and I regularly walk down to the fishing pier in Benicia as part of our almost daily stroll through the town. We typically walk up and down First Street and then head to the pier. There are wonderful views of the Carquinez Strait,...More

One of my favorite places to walk our dogs and just look at the beautiful views. Love sitting on a bench on a warm night enjoying the cool breezes off the water.

The description says 'Beach' but only a small 'beach' area is available during low tide. The entire pier area is covered with rip-rap and isn't a place to play. This area has been redone nicely. The boardwalk area has new concrete, palm trees and the...More

Great water view with excellent parking. There are a lot great shops and restaurants all around the area. They also have lots of special events and a great fireworks show on the 4th of July.
