I took a knives class here a while ago. It was something I should have done years ago. The instructors were knowledgeable and interesting. The facility was well equipped and the munchies we cut up were delicious! Learn how to use your kitchen tools properly to be a better, more efficient cook!

We took the basic "Sauces" course with Chef Olive, and enjoyed every minute. We spent the evening learning from the charming Chef Gaby the art of French cooking. We moved from station to station learning how to make lobster bisque, foie gras hanger steak, mushroom risotto and Grand Marnier Souffle. It was delicious!! We walked away with a delightful culinary memory.

Everything was thoughtfully chosen, and almost all of it was hands-on. We learned so much, and everything was just mouthwatering. Both of us have made almost... More

Chef Olivier Said was awesome! He is extremely knowledgable, and clearly LOVES to teach and share his accumulated culinary wisdom. Our company held our holiday party here yesterday. We were divided into teams for a sort of Iron Chef competition, with each team being responsible for preparing one dish for everyone to eat, along with a presentation plate for the... More
