So sad to see the water level so low. Many homes are not really lakefront anymore. Docks leading to dry earth. Hope it snows or rains soon

This is a great city for family vacations. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the lake, although the drought has made it very low. Some places there is no water. The people are friendly and they have many good restaurants.

Nice quaint town with a nice selection of restaurants and activities. We rented a house big enough to sleep 14. Rented kayaks and went out on the lake for a couple of hours. Although the water level is really low, we still underestimated the size...More

It is sad to see how low the lake is. I really hope we get a lot of rain and snow because if not big bear is in big trouble. On the good years the lake is beautiful to see and play on.

There’s no cost associated with going to the lake. Certain activities would have costs depending on what you wanted to do.

Temperatures are high 70’s during day , 40’s at night. September could be getting into some monsoon rains. But historically maybe only one day out of the month. Still fun all year.
