My husband, son, and I took the sunset ride with Crystal as our guide. It was really the highlight of our weeklong trip to Big Bear! We left the stables and rode into the San Bernardino National Forest for a two hour ride. We saw...More

I took my toddler and preschooler here for the petting zoo and they enjoyed it. There are many different goats, turkeys, chickens and a pig. There's also a pony that the kids can ride for $10. It's only $3 a person for the petting zoo....More

The staff were professional and worked well with our group of 13. Definitely needed reservations!! They gave us group and cash discounts. The one hour ride is not enough time to really get into the forest. They claim you ride through the forest, but on...More

The view was pretty but we rode in circles in a very small area. There is very little to say. It was quite boring and the trails were basically is a neighborhood.

We did the two hour ride along the Pacific Crest Trail, and went up to the top overlooking the next valley. Great weather, great horses, great tour guide! Will definitely return! They even have a little petting zoo when you can feed the goats, etc.

The equipment being used for the trail ride is just average - Not junk but, well used. The horses are good natured and quiet. As a horseman, I would say they lack the manners I expect from my horse but, I also understand that these...More

As a keen rider, I was looking forward to riding in the Big Bear Lake area. This is the only stables in the area and I feel this has been counter productive to customer service at the ranch. You need to book in advance which...More

If you want to go on an actual ride you need to go for at least two hours. From the stables it takes 30 min to get to the trails. The trails are in the nearby state park. The 3hr ride was perfect. I am...More
