Excellent views and nice place to relax. Be sure to bring a jacket, blanket and maybe even a kite. It isn't really warm here but the amazing views make up for that. The parking is free at several different spots.

Lots of interesting Pacific Coast birds with superior viewing opportunities. The Anna's Hummingbirds were especially helpful in posing on perches there.

We were in the area and visited the beach/camping area. Very impressive, clean and seemingly well utilized, even in January!

This is a pretty popular beach destination. The waves lap up gently and there is a good section of nice beach to walk. Tends to be windy here so if you're thinking of camping consider RV-ing it so you don't get blown away.

This is a lovely small park with areas out of the wind to walk. We enjoyed watching an osprey fish and caught glimpses of white pelicans as we left.

Stayed in our trailer at the beach it was delightful it's a rare occasion when there is perfect weather but we had perfect weather. I would get my reservations a year prior because you might not get a spot otherwise.

My adult kids have camped there with friends and enjoy it a lot. They also enjoy Lawson's Landing for camping at the beach.

I have seen people fishing, yes. There's not a store right near he campground but about a mile away in Bodega Bay town there are stores and a gas station.
