This was not your typical trail ride where you are head to tail with the other horses plodding on a trail the horse could do blind. You ride into the mountains and see some pretty amazing views. Our guide (Eebe sorry on the spelling) was great we were lucky to have him. He kept a prefect pace stopped so I... More

We didn't receive a text back about making a reservation within an hour so we decided to take a ride over. (Found out later Craig was in the mountains and couldn't get our text.) Ebe was the only one there but decided he'd take my husband and me out for the 2 hour ride we were hoping for. The ride... More

My wife and I booked a 2hr ride with Craig at Levitt Meadows Pack Station. Its only a short drive form the highway towards Sonora Pass so its was really easy to get to. We've both been on horse rides before while on vacation and didn't really expect much as the price was so cheap. How wrong we were, we... More

One and a half hours north of Mammoth Lakes but well worth the drive. Beautiful location beside the Walker River.

On the last days of our trip, we were in Bridgeport and wanted to horseback ride. We were in town for 1 day. I contacted Craig via text and he replied back and was able to accommodate us at the very last minute. Took a beautiful 2 hour ride to Secret Lake. Thanks so much for accommodating us. It was... Since I am about to RAVE about the Fabulous Experience I had on my Ride, I guess I'll admit that I am also a little surprised at how few other people have left a review for this wonderful Establishment. Perhaps it really does have to do with the sadly dwindling number of people who worship a good ride with Horses... More

This station is right on the Walker River and the long valley that's Leavitt Meadows. It's a great place to get on a horse and enjoy the country. You go out with an experienced wrangler, so no worries if you're not Roy Rogers. There are some super places to have a picnic lunch if you're in the mood...several lakes within... More
