    Enjoyed our first time going.
I actually had fun with it being my first time at Knottsberry. I really enjoyed the water rides (Calico Rapids and the Log Ride). The mine cart ride was slower and less thrilling than I thought and Jaguar was a little bumpy, but still fun and we enjoyed the arcade games. I'm only saying 4 out of 5 because I wish there was more variety with the arcade games and there were some rides that didn't have a lot of leg room for tall people (aka my husband). We both agreed we had fun though.

A great day out - much better than Disney
Visited with teenage kids (13 & 19) on a week day just after the schools went back and found the park to be much quieter than expected. It was almost deserted in the morning but gradually getting a little busier as the day went on. Longest queue time was just over 90 minutes - kids did 19 rides in one day. It was much quieter than Disney (2 days earlier) with better rides for older kids and better grab and go food options. The refillable drinks options proved to be a choice as the day was quite hot.

Summer Nights at Knotts Berry Farm
Spent a Friday at Knotts in August for Summer Nights with my season pass I have only had chance to use a couple times but it's still well worth it if your going more than once during the year. The thing that I wish is I presumed lines would be long and got the Fast Lane... well most of the day till evening on this Friday there were no lines. It added a lot of cost for no real real turn, so be wary of it sometimes. Especially if you only intend on riding your favorites and not repeating them as is usually the case with me. I just don't like lines that much either. I wish they had a limited version of Fast Lane for a certain number of rides for the day. I know that a single fast lane ride exists now but other than as part of a package not sure how you get that. But, most people want more than one ride. The summer Nights food deal was really good though, you got six items from a long list of restaurants and it probably would of been good to get one package for two people because for one person it was a lot of food in the evening and didn't make one want to go on any raucous ride really lol. I'm still sad that a few of the things like the northwest ghost Native American experience (sorry forget the official name) sits empty and silent with just a gift shop and sad that the old west theater doesn't seem to get much use. And the theatre where Snoopy holiday ice show is done seems not to be used that much during the rest of the year. I like the new Fiesta area and Western town area is still my favourite. Overall , Knotts is still a wonderful fun way to spend a day or part of a day.

    Great day with toddler!!
We decided to visit knotts last minute in Labor Day with our 3 yr old daughter. We had an awesome time & found it incredibly clean plus it offers far healthier / higher quality food options than Disney land, which imo has become so unhealthy & low quality. With small kids it’s very manageable & there are plenty of rides for them to enjoy! Everyone working there was really nice & helpful! We were very impressed & also appreciated the value for cost of tix. If you go on a busy day the fast lane pass makes a huge difference if you want to ride any larger rides & roller coasters. Thx knotts for keeping your park up so well & bring so authentic.

    Great fun!
I grew up with Knott’s Berry Farm. My Dad was actually a “Depression Kid” & worked on the Berry Farm. Through the years the park has truly evolved. There are more rides & the Park is celebrating 50 years of Knott’s Scary Farm. Stop by the museum/store it is GREAT!!! Get ready for a 50th year Scarefest!🎃🤡☠️👻!

    Nice but aged attraction.
Some good thrill rides and funky (but good) older attractions. Staff does the minimum possible so don't expect any help or service. Very crowded on weekends, empty during the weekdays. If you will go more than once, the annual pass is an exceptional value.

Bad day to go on a holiday weekend
We had to choose between doing Disney on an off day or Knott's, and we picked Disney California Adventures. I don't know if that was a mistake, but we certainly felt it on a holiday Friday being in endless lines everywhere. There are certain lines that you can handle waiting it because you are always moving, like the river rafts. You also have an entertaining line since you can see people going by on the rafts. On the other hand, the Xcellerator was hell on earth. We had a 150 minute wait and all you have to look at is a line of people packed in like cattle with a 24 person cart going by every few minutes. Kids actually gave up and we left the line and the park to go get lunch, since the lunch lines themselves were an hour long. The rides we did get on were great, but we only made it on 5 in a day. When a fast pass costs an additional $100 a day, that is not worth the time or the money. I had fond memories of Knott's from being a kid and wanted my kids to like it. They ended up a bit happy but more frustrated than anything. There truly is an art to how Disney gets you to enjoy waiting (at least more than here). Now, if the other reviews are true on getting here on a weekday (non-holiday) and having free run of the park, I am sure my kids would have loved every minute of it as the are getting too old for Disneyland rides.

Fun, immersive and friendly. There's something for everyone!
Knotts is still a warm and welcoming place to have a great time with the family. Twice on our visit, staff members were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Great selection of rides of all intensities. Themed areas are fun and immersive, especially the ghost town, with authentic old west structures. The Fiesta Village had pozole on the menu for the winter season. Really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to the team at Knotts.

    Great attraction reasonably priced!!
People swear about how horrible their experience was. Yes, there’s lines and with that a wait time. However the park offers many other attractions and shows. It’s historical and fun to experience. Best of all they are reasonably priced not like other theme parks that make it impossible to afford. If you don’t want to spend 1k for tickets and have a great time get the season passes. For a family of 5 I’m paying under $40 a month and that way I don’t feel rushed about how many rides we get to go on. Knotts is overall fun for the family. My child and teens enjoy it each and every time we visit.

    Terrible customer service
Don’t even bother going without a fast pass, which doubles your cost, even with a family dining plan. We were the first people in line after a ride reopened and they have let every fast pass holder in front of us for 45 minutes now. Crappy customer service.

Great place with great rides.
We had a lot of fun at the rides, great food and the beer event.
Ghostrider, hangtime, silver bullet and Xcelerator were my favorite rides
We were lucky to ride xcelerator because it only did around 8 rounds the whole day. Weather did not help.
I would definitely come back.

I like how Knotts hasn’t really changed over the years. It’s more like a well-funded county fair full of so cal accolades. The rides are good, even the Charlie Brown town (whatever it’s called) was lots of fun I rode all the rides with my little. Ambiance was great. It’s just like a happy place. The demographic is way different than Disneyland that’s not bad or good or anything. It’s just true. It seems like there’s more real Californians at Knotts. Only bad thing was there DAS non-functional service. They are supposed to be updating the service to be more functional like at Disneyland….because when we went they gave us a piece of paper and told us to go to the exit of each ride and write….idk they lost me after that. Overall great place though!!!

The park was so wonderful. Definitely more of a lowkey crowd when I went. Lines were not too long, but some rides were unfortunately closed down. We really enjoyed the Knott's Bear-y Tales ride. There were really great food options, we loved the Boardwalk BBQ. We purchased the dining pass as part of our ticket package and it ended up being very worth it. We went during the Peanuts festival which was super fun, great themed options for treats and souvenirs. Truly a nice little park, cant wait to go back.

I am a100% Disabled Vet with multiple disabilities. I heard that Knotts Berry Farm is good for Disabled individuals to visit. So I and my wife decided to get tickets and take some time to try it out. We ended up going on the 26 March 2024 and made it there right at opening. Seen the area for Disabled Parking with a Disability Place card. After entering found that all the spaces were full and there was no other area for disability to park. The employee kept allowing more vehicles in even know they were full with no spaces available. Finally, after driving around for about an hour found a space to park. Finally reaching inside the park I asked where I could apply for a disability card due to my mobility issue. Once I was told where to go didn't understand why there was a major line there where I had to wait even know my disabilities bothered me standing. I later found out that you don't have to have to prove you indeed have a disability to get a disability pass. All Knotts Berry Farm requires is to tell them of a disability and you will get the disabled card. After about an hour waiting when finally able to get in there I decide to ask for a supervisor. An employee told me there was no Supervisor in that area. I asked if they could call me one and they said no we are too busy. Finally I decided to ask the worker handling out the disability pass. Do individuals have to show any proof of their disability to get your pass. She told me no just have to tell her your disability. This is why the line was so long as the pass gets you to the front of the line on rides.

This place has a style and vibe that just ties into all the rides beautifully. Hang time, Ghost Rider, Xcelerator, Silver Bullet are all the perfect variety for the big thrill rides. The fast pass here is by far the biggest advantage I’ve ever seen in fast passes. You make a 120min ride into 5mins.

As we have been to Universal Studio, Disney, and Lego parks around world, then we decided, that we want to try US local park and after reading reviews of Six flags opted for Knott's Berry Farm. And we are so glad as the visit to Knott's Berry Farm was one of highlights of whole US trip.
The price for entry was almost 2 times smaller than for big name parks but unfortunately when we tried to buy online, it did not go through. But after arriving at the park entrance and explaining we were given the same discount as if we bought ticket online.
The first nice surprise was anthem of USA right before park opening and it felt so nice even if we are not Americans.
After the park opened people rushed to attractions, but it soon was clear that there is no waiting time for attractions.
We started with Sierra Sidewinder, but then we went for Ghost rider - that was so big fun, that we did it 5 times in row. Hang Time was again a super ride we did more than once. By that time, we started to look for other "5-star rides". First time we went for Xcelerator, there was a waiting time of around 15 minutes, but later in evening there was no waiting time, and we did it more times. Supreme Scream had a nice view, and we had a big laugh about other screaming but otherwise it was not such a thrill.
PonyExpress was relaxing, but for strange reasons there was more waiting time, so we did it once. Also, Calico Rive Rapids had around 15 minutes waiting time and as temperature was not so high, then we did it only once as you can get a wet:)
GhostRider was a super nice surprise as it was a very long ride and longest waiting time - around 30 minutes because there were many with fast pass coming again and again and during day there were times, when ride was closed. Other rides were not such a big thrill, but it was good to relax a bit after those super-fast rides. We did not stay till park closure as we had by evening around 30 rides and it was enough even for biggest ride fans:) There were still some rides left we did not try, also there were some nice performances and the best part - employees of the park were kind and smiling and that is such a big contrast to employees in those big-name parks. Also, food prices were OK and there was not so much waiting as in big-name parks. Overall - excellent experience and much better than big-name parks, where you can easily spend 1-2 hours in waiting just for one ride.

THE PARK DOESN’T HAVE THE ATAFF TO BE OPEN, yet they are “open.” Just a joke. ONE total ride is open and NONE of the games are open. Every employee is saying they “don’t have the staff” to open the rides or man the booths. The one ride that is open is a 2 hour wait. This is a complete joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I hadn’t been to this park since I was 7 or 8 years old. I will say it was along time ago. A long long time ago. Anyway, what a gem it was to go. It was the second day of Boysneyberry festival, we stayed on property. The park is clean, much bigger than I remembered and fun.
Why I gave it 4 out of 5, because Better signage; bathrooms, rides, general area directions. Maybe even directories in key locations. The park staff members said they don’t give out paper maps, but maybe a QR code to download the map at the entrances would be a good idea.

Fantastic day at the park as part of our weeklong stay at Knotts Hotel ( travelling from the UK). really enjoyed the park. Great selection of rides, from big coasters to the stuff in snoopy land for the little ones. Even met the main dog himself! Food lines were long all day which meant a long wait if you had the all inclusive bands ( great value, but be prepared to wait) All in all a good day and reasonably priced against Disney . Calico area and west area really well themed and the new Berry ride is great fun.
