We brought our sandwiches from the deli here to picnic outside. The tables were clean and the park well maintained. Only drawback, tried to stop by on our Sunday AM walk to use the restrooms but they were locked.

A great place for light to moderate exercise on beautiful trails. Offers shorter or longer hikes at different physical levels

If you go to Calistoga with kids, they will quickly get bored. This park is a great place to go and let them have some fun while you sit in the shade and rest.

My husband and I and the grandkids walked all around this cemetary on our way out of Calistoga. It was very beautiful up on a hillside. We all enjoyed it very much.

A well maintained and clean park with lots of greenery all around. Big trees provide a shady respite from hot Napa days. Vet's memorial is touching. Attend a free concert if you can...

We walked through and enjoyed seeing Pioneer Park in Calistoga. Its a nice local's park with a fun children's playground. We also liked the gazebo area. In the summer they hold music concerts here. We also liked it that the park has shade trees; just perfect as it was a hot summer day when we were there. There are various... More

I lived in Calistoga years ago, travelling through I stopped in the quiet little park where my children played many years ago. While strolling with my 8lb tiny LEASHED dog, she was pounced upon, rolled over and pinned to the ground by a 40+ pound aussie shepard that was UNLEASHED right in front of the "dogs must be leashed"sign! When... More

The great thing about the park is the free concerts during summer town when a large part of the townspeople gather at the parkl with their chairs and kids (Scouts?) sell cookies and other homebaked stuff and wine is of course also sold in the park. The park in it self is not what I would call a beautiful park,... More

The park has free concerts on Thursday nights during the summer. There are some food vendors and some wine and beer for sale. Great fun on a budget. The band was ok but they change every week so worth checking out!
