its a quick travel at capitola wharf , a lot of restaurant and things to do near the beach, its either you go shopping at cute shops nearby , go surfing or just sitting around and enjoy its laid back scenery.

The delicious restaurants and beach bars lining capitola beach were so retro and interesting. Seeing the sun set over this colorful artist palate town was truly unique.

The beach is small and when we were there was covered in debris from the winter storms. There is a nice wharf with boats you can rent.

Not sure if they have hours posted. I've been there after 10pm and saw a few other people there also. Most other beaches in the area just don't want campfires past 10pm.

I have seen many dogs on and off leash at Capitola State beach. Sea Cliff State Beach also. Both great beaches
