People come from all over the world to try the special handcrafted beers at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales, with something new always in the works, as they encourage customers to push their limit of personal beer experiences. The sours are just too weird from me,...More

This review is for the Sante Adairius portal in Santa Cruz. We loved the beer here. They have a very nice selection of sour beers. The IPAs were pretty good too. The bar is spacious and laid back. They also serve food.

I visited Sante Adairius yesterday with a friend. Great beer and friendly, knowledgeable staff! I will definitely be back and will remember to bring my growler the next time!

This place is tucked away in Capitola but worth finding. Great beer and atmosphere. You can buy beer by the glass and drink there or fill a growler to go. Fun mural on the wall out front and a wine tasting spot next door.

Second visit. Took the Pup this time. Dog friendly with plenty of brewery dogs to greet you and your pup. Beer remains amazing. Even more interesting varieties. Super friendly and a great stop.

The brewery is in an industrial complex off the Park Street exit of Highway 1 in Capitola (Santa Cruz). It is not on the path that most tourist follow in Capitola so you will have to trust your GPS system. Customers come for the old-world-style...More

We spent a whole afternoon/evening here with friends. Great atmosphere, their beer is fantastic, and it's just an all-around wonderful place to spend with friends who love beer. We had purchased their beer, but also brought some bottles to share among our group (and actually...More
