Went there to see as a possible wedding venue spot and it wasn't what we expected. There were peacocks everywhere, which was beautiful, could walk through the property, but didn't really get a lot out of the visit. I Think maybe we should have looked...More

So neat that this area is hidden right amidst a nice neighborhood. You would almost never know it was there unless someone told you. Super neat to walk around and look at the many peacocks that call this place home.

What a fun combination of Hollywood, history and lovely gardens. There are also peacocks wondering the grounds.

Did the flowers for a friends wedding that was here this past Saturday. What a great location. Everything was great! The ceremony was in the courtyard. the reception on on the patio. The food was good and everyone was having a great time.

We took the Saturday morning tour of the Ranch. Our docent was very friendly and had a comprehensive knowledge of the history of the ranch and of the surrounding area. If you go I highly recommend that you take one of the docent-lead tours otherwise...More

This small, free city park is a must see. Beautiful Adobe buildings, huge cacti. Mid century, Leo Carrillo lovingly created a Southwestern ranch complete with hacienda, Cabana, out buildings. The visitor center has a short film to orient you to what you are about to...More

Personal history of Leo Corillo as a distinctive character actor who purchased this ranch as a getaway is interesting. At the end of his career he launched the successful Cisco Kid series to exemplify the heritage of his lineage. Definitely worth a visit.

They would like the nature walk around the grounds and may like some of the "old buildings/ranch". Not a lot of things for kids such as rides. There are free range peacocks that some kids get a real kick out of.
