Downtown Carlsbad offers antique and curio stores, lots of good eating places and a great place to cool off after spending hours on the nearby beach.

We've been to Carlsbad Village numerous times and never get tired of it; the beautiful weather, the beach, great restaurants, friendly people and, did I mention the great weather. It is also convenient to I-5 and San Diego. Great town.

Some nice shopping area with some nice casual restaurants. The best thing is you can bring your purchase! Many businesses have bowls of water for them to drink out of.

We just went down for some yogurt and to browse the area. We walked around and browsed some of the shops, before walking down to the beach area, which has lots of activity. Really laid back, with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc.

Carlsbad Village is super cute and it was very fun to be able to walk around and visit the shops and dine at the restaurants and bars. It was a nice little getaway to be able to enjoy. I would definitely go back again.
