Small but great

Carlsbad village is very nice. The farmers market is about a city block long. Probably about 30 vendors most with top notch products.

If you are in town on Farmer's Market night do plan to attend. In addition to the usual produce and flowers there is an excellent assortment of products such as meat, bakery items, cheese, olive oil etc. It was a very festive environment with a small town feel.

I live in Vista California. I have the pleasure of being able to go to a variety of famers markets. There are some amazing ones. That is the say the Carlsbad farmers market is OK. It has fresh produce and some food that you can purchase. The ambiance of being in downtown Carlsbad is great. The produce choices are adequate.

We were looking for something to do and found the Carlsbad Village Farmers' Market. Parking was easy to find and it was free. There was a good variety of booths and all of the vendors were super friendly.

This is definitely worth a stop is your in Carlsbad on a Wednesday. All of the vendors are super nice and are very generous with samples ( always my favorite part of a farmers market).

Another fun aspect to our Carlsbad visit, the Farmer's Market! Only wish we had discovered it the first week of our vacation instead of the last day! Great food, good music, and something for every taste!

This market is tiny (just one block), but has a lot to offer. We saw very nice produce, beautiful fresh flowers, breads, and hot foods such as tamales and gyros. We left with some delicious strawberries and raw honey. We had a little difficulty finding parking, but not too bad.

There were a ton of booths set up along with the brick and morter shops. There was a kettlecorn stand for one kid, a salami booth for the other. I was able to get a slice of baklava at the greek food stand. It was all terrific. Im so happy we were here that day. They hold the market every... More

We started our day early to find the market. I did love the fresh food, prices and selection. Just a little disappointed it was smaller then I had expected. The day was awesome for the market. But I did come out with a variety of peanut butter , and variety of breads. Thx for all the vendors hard work :... More

Come hungry. You can taste a variety of cheeses, sausages and breads. There are also food vendors. The aromas wafting through the air make it extremely difficult to decide. Did I mention that the flowers are spectacular? Stroll through even if you're not buying.
