I had never heard of John Bidwell before coming to Chico. Seems everything is named Bidwell in Chico. In taking the tour I found out why. Fascinating man. Great tour.

Pretty good tour with Gretchen she was very very knowledgeable. Gave lots of info and answered questions. Place is neat. However its not in its original state...about only 30%of the things there now ,belonged to the Bidwells.
