A great place to play some ball, volleyball, soccer or just enjoy the beach; this is your place. Great for biking, walking, strolling and enjoying the beautiful day. Lots of greenery, walking paths and even the beach leading out to the beautiful Glorietta Bay overlooking downtown San Diego.

The view of San Diego Bay and the bridge is perfect. The park tends to be well used. On a weekend it can be more than just overcrowded. Take advantage of the cornich and walk along the bay.

Very nice park, large enough for soccer teams to play on full size fields, right on
San Diego bay and access to the bike path that runs all around the bay. Great views of San Diego and plenty of parking. There is room here for anything you want to do!

This park is frequented by joggers, walkers, cyclists, etc. and everyone can find something to do here. I walked half the island one morning and my walk led me underneath the Coronado Bridge, straight to this park, and then on all the way past the ferry landing. At every point along the way there are spectacular views, or places to sit or linger. The park itself is not huge, but accommodates a lot of people. Families, photographers, dog walkers and yoga practitioners all use the space well.

The San Diego-Coronado Bridge is stunning in design and iconic in nature and this park lends itself to allowing for the taking of beautiful photographs. In January, the park is pretty empty and we had a wonderful time strolling and relaxing here. The park is fairly large (larger than Centennial) and has benches along the bay. Fun to sit and watch life and boats go by. Large expanses of land and a large number of palms make it interesting landscape design wise. No problem finding parking.

The tidelands park is the green space near where the bridge wins Coronado. It a very flat grass land, but this give it excellent views of the bridge and the southern San Diego skyline. Good for boat watching

What a gem this park is! We discovered it while on a long walk on the Silver Strand/Bayshore (Hike and) Bike Trail during a recent visit. It is the largest park in Coronado and runs all the way to Ferry Landing.

What particularly appealed to us was the whimsical bike sculpture (appropriately named "My Bike"); there was such a feeling of sheer pleasure and complete abandon communicated in the kinetic energy steel piece. It just makes you feel good! These sculptures are everywhere in San Diego and, when passing by the San Diego Pier in the future, check out the 3 trees there. Really cool. These pieces are part of the Port of San DIego "Urban Trees" project.

The Tidelands Park has restrooms, a sandy play area, first-class play equipment, public art benches which look like space aliens, loads of grass, and views that make this place so special.

This is a tiny bay, with a short beach. We use it as locals to walk to. There are sand sharks though, my father was bit on the very first day. You MUST shuffle your feet in the water in Coronado. If you get bit - don't pee on your foot...lol...salt water is best, hot water is good too. If you are looking for a beautiful beach then you want to go up by the Hotel Del. That area is stunning.

Easy to get to right off the Coronado Bay bridge. A good amount of parking close to the small beach.

GREAT kayaking put-in point. Easy to see the bridge and all the Navy boats just across the bay.

Free parking. Other activities for kids. Bike trails.

This is a fantastic park. It has wonderful paved paths with views of San Diego and the bay, playground for kids, a skate park, workout stations, and large grassy areas. It's a great place for a stroll, run or bike ride.
