Whale shark watching in Cebu started last September 2011 and it became popular all over the world when the news hit in the internet last November 2011. Are you coming from Cebu City? a li'l earlier than 5:30 would be best, because you're competing with tourists who are near Oslob. they will start early enough with the Sun shining enough for you to appreciate the whale... More
