The restaurant itself has a nice set up. Based upon their wine history it has some big wine barrels serving as a "cosy" corner with a table. However the high ceiling and the open square space doesn't add up to that desired cosy, private and warm atmosphere. In favour of being "organic" they use quite some wood. However to our... More

This is a great place to visit as the wine is very good and the food is excellent and quite different. The ambience inside the tasting room is informal while the tables in the dining area are far enough apart for some privacy. The real find though is to get a group in a booth and have the menu and... The atmosphere is wonderful, but when I ordered the cheese platter is was ridiculously small for the price. Only a couple of slices that were so thin you could see through them and a dab of jelly the size of the end of your pinky. Go over to Kelly's french bakery around the corner and have a wonderful lunch and... More

Great atmosphere, great wine. The food looked really good, though we were only there for the wine. It was a really good experience.

A group of family and friends went to this wine tasting room to start a birthday celebration. We hadn't been for a few years and knew that there was a new chef. The service was very slow, although the tasting bar was not full. We opted for the current release wine tasting menu. The tasting guide did not indicate whether... More

Oysters, wine, live music, a bubbling creek, friendly people sharing appetizers at a grassy picnic area, and a very nice bottle of wine.

Aboslutely WORST wine-tasting experience I've ever encountered in NorCal. My friends and I go wine-tasting around Sonoma and Napa frequently and we're members of various wine clubs. We thought we'd venture out of our comfort zone by checking out some of the vineyards down South. What a mistake to start with Bonny Doon. We came here on a Saturday (Memorial... More
