Water and electricity outages are common....little to no communication from management when this does happen. Makes for an inconvenient living experience. Don't expect hospitality or safety to be management concerns....once you pay you are on your own.

Management is aware of main Pool and Spa in Sands North with a broken heater. It's been broken since January 18 and and it's February 2. When you ask when it will be fixed they say they are looking for estimates. Head office Management refuses to get involved. Very windy. Local residents are very nice. Check BBB D minus rating

We love Hidden Sands! New ownership last year brought $$$ in improvements like new gorgeous pickle ball & bocce courts, lovely improvements to the pool area & clubhouse. The winter residents organize golf, pickle ball & bocce leagues & all are very open to short term guests. Very friendly neighbors, incredible dog parks, happy hours, dances. The pool area has... Park is owned by Deepak Krishan, et al., and is in blatant violation of all Federal and State ADA requirements for the Disabled! This park is unfriendly to all Disabled People!

Our space was small but had privacy oleander bushes on both sides (back in site). Cable was good and although we were in the next to last row for visitor spaces the walk to the clubhouse was short. They have 3 dog parks with green grass and benches for lazy owners. Dogs loved them. What we enjoyed the most was... More

After trailer camping in Joshua Tree for four days it was an easy hour drive to Desert Hot Springs. We are driving a van and pulling a small trailer and were looking for a place to stay for a week that was near the Palm Springs Airport as my husband had to return home for a two day work event.... This is one of the places I like to go to get work on my swing. The driving range is very good price wise and never to crowded. The service is good and friendly. The 9 hole course is a great way to work on ones game.

This place is WAY overpriced. and the golf course isn't anything..just a little par three, when you've played it once then you wouldn't need to ever play it again. The staff is not all that friendly or helpful. and the sites are small the way they're laid out. They have nice hedges on both sides which is great for privacy... More
