I have lived here for years and no longer like to go to old town because it just feels dangerous. I was there yesterday and did what I had to do and left right away.

It is interesting to note that the famous Restoration Hardware started here. Some stores are good others not so much. The neighborhood seems to be a commentary on financial situations and struggles of the city.

What a quaint town with cute shops and many gorgeous Victorian homes to look at. Cute gardens and some yummy restaurants. Stop by Wildberies market for some local items.

Friday night farmers market was quaint and fun. The homelessness problem in Eureka is RAMPANT! Talking to locals it is the result of the cities ineffectiveness at handling their opioid/heroine epidemic. Sad 😔
