Local museum very small and focused on the area. Nice break in air conditioned building from the mid-day heat. Small admission charge pays for the upkeep.

We had out of town guests and took them here. They really enjoyed it. The lady behind the counter gave us a real history lesson.

A very interesting historical memorabilia collection of Folsom. A block from the museum; one could view a yard full of many historical equipments, tools, passenger train and a chance to experience panning for gold!

We went because they had a quilt special exhibition, which was wonderful. Then we looked through the rest of the items on display and it was also very informative. Will bring our out-of-town guests eventually!
