I'm in the park 3 days a week for my walk. Lots of people use the park for family gatherings, walking their dogs, and riding their bikes. The park is clean and so many friendly people.

Love the various lakes / ponds and all the ducks and geese. (Be careful if feeding them as they can be a bit agressive.) This park has so much to offer everyone in the family. There is a BMX racing course, horse trailer area with...More

Woodward Regional Park is unexpectedly attractive. It is also the location of the Shin-Zen Japanese Garden featuring many spectacular bonsai trees.

The Japanese Garden is fairly romantic but only open limited hours. There is is a dog park. If you both own dogs might be a good ice breaker. If she likes to hike or bike it has trails.
