Went there so grandchildren could play on beach. That was not safe. They went to another park. We did spend about an hour walking on paved trails. Beautiful. Visitor center was not open. $7 fee.

Nice easy walk from parking lot ($7) to beach and either ocean and/or river. We're there on a weekday and had beach to ourselves and our leashed dog
