The staff at the Astro motel recommended this winery. I am so glad we visited! Loved the wines so much that we joined the wine club! The staff treated us like their friends. The winery setting is absolutely beautiful! The wines were delicious and we...More

This is a worthwhile stop just up from Wilson Winery. Nice wines, great outdoor gardens and seating areas - especially liked the Adirondack chairs along the creek. So peaceful. Bring a picnic, nice gazebos.

If you trust what the critics write, Truett-Hurst is already on your radar. Best bet to check things out in person though, and be prepared to buy. Wines this good sell out quickly. Better yet, join their club so as not to miss out.

Very nice wines here. A popular spot as many cars in the lot plus tasting room was very busy. Our visit was on a cold winter day so we did not venture down to the river. It looks like a great place but probably even...More

We had a wonderful experience here - the wine assistant knew his stuff and efficiently assisted 8 people in various stages of wine tasting. We bought wine, took a walk in the garden area and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful place.

We stopped by here on a recommendation from the owner of our vacation rental, and boy am I glad I did. Just a laid-back, cool vibe (granted I was here on a Thursday afternoon). Our host at the tasting bar was very conversational and welcoming....More

We stopped here as we wondered around the wine country and we loved it. The wine tasting was great and the wine assistant was really nice. We got a few recommendations and purchased a great Chardonnay. Loved this stop!

Making a yearly trip to Sonoma County, Truett Hurst is one our favorite wineries. Red Rooster Zin and Black Sheep Pinot Noir are our favorites. Travelers have mentioned it is hard to get tastings due to the crowds. In my opinion, it's not all of...More

Sweet and rustic. Would be nice in warmer weather. The riverside location, gardens and spacious patio would make for a nice place to hang out with friends.

I didn't see any dogs, but I know several are dog friendly. Probably good idea to call ahead. Enjoy!
