This is the idea of someone in the government..they want to make it all exclusive. It won't happen. Visiting is still pretty cheap, don't worry.

Are you arriving in Flores by boat?Most of the tours are done from Labuan Bajo by small boat but if you are on a cruise liner doing the islands then yes you can get off at Komodo or Rinca and they will do a tour for you... More
