Bike & Kayak tours was great. I had looked up beaches in the San Diego area and La Jolla beach looked stunning. Waking by the shops saw tours offered and had no problem booking last minute. Alex and Dylan were the best making everything fun from jokes, history of the reserve, and the million dollar house we pass along the... More

Did the 2 hour kayak tour at 9am with Lily and Chris as our guides. They were very informative and fun. We got to go into one sea cave and there were young sea lions playing right next to our kayaks. Would definitely recommend this tour!!

Sadly it was an overcast day and the water was too rough to enter the caves, but Trevor made us all laugh and we still had a great time and a memorable experience.

First of all there was no heads up that the parking was a nightmare. We spent over an hour just looking for a spot to park. The people at the shop were very nice and helpful. Once we got to the beach and the shark encounter started things were not what we expected. The guy that took us out left... More

At first all was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As we were heading out into the water after receiving some last minute instructions the young lady stated, if we had any issues out in the water to look for a staff member with one of the tour groups. Well as we were out in the ocean my... More

this was a very basic kayak and snorkel tour, it's probably meant for beginners in both kayaking and snorkeling; thought it would be more interesting. It was not worth our time or our money.

Having never kayaked before, this was a great first experience. The setting was lovely, guides were informatitve about sea life, sea plants, cave history and other local facts. Got to hear/see the sea lions and go into one of the caves. Just being out in the water was fun and beautiful. Easy check-in and they had a photographer to take... More

The workers were nice enough, and we we went there because they were on the San Diego Go Card. But we had to carry the extremely heavy paddle boards 3 blocks to the beach ourselves. Are you kidding??? It was bad enough carrying them there, but coming back already tired from the ocean, it was nearly impossible. Honestly it ruined... More

This was a lot of fun for my wife and I. We took both the Kayak Tour of the 7 Caves and the Freefall Bike Tour. It's a little on the pricey side but overall it was a lot of fun. The tour guides were very helpful and made even the most inexperienced feel comfortable. I would recommend both tours... More

I think you are completely over charging people for the experience you are providing. Your office was clustered and chaotic when we came in. We didn't know who to go to and it wasn't clear at all who was in charge. Once, we got our gear we were on the ocean for only a short time, navigating around dozens of... More
