We arrived with 4 children ages 6, 7, 11, and 14. They recommended wet suits for the day, which is an additional $10 per person. We put on our wetsuits and waited on the benches outside for the tour to begin. Our tour guide, (a...More

Either due to supply or knowledge, my friend and I were given small paddle boards and couldn't really stand up on them. true that we were not experienced, but past times on stand up boards were doable. Staff was sort of helpful but not very...More

We had a wonderful 7 Caves Kayak tour with Parker this week. He was helpful, nice and funnny. We had a small tour and that was just perfect for us. Lots of fun information and wildlife! We will do it again!

Everyday California actually makes renters carry all equipment half a mile to the beach and back, and this time lugging equipment around also takes away from the equipment rental time. I've rented from adjacent places where they actually have the equipment already by the beach,...More

Overall we had a pretty negative experience. The people that worked there were OK so I was going to just leave this be, but I got an email from Everyday California asking me to leave a review if I had a great experience and asking...More

My wife had never been to California, and Alex took the time to educate us on how to use the kayaks as well as some of the local knowledge of the ocean and people that live along the coast. it was a great trip!

Tour was great! Make sure you are well rested if you take kids with you... kayaking on the ocean is a lot more work than on a lake ;-) Besides all the work, the tour guides are awesome, full of information and very helpful.

Faced my fear of the ocean with this kayaking tour and scuba diving. Awesome! Tour guide was great. Got to go into the caves and get a little closer to the sea lions. Scuba diving was okay. Took some time to get used to breathing...More

The guides were great and I think this could have been more enjoyable it the waters were better. It was pretty rough seas and there wasn't much to see when we went. It was easy to book and everyone was super helpful at the store!...More

Sorry, Not sure how this snuck by me. I have had the most luck earlier in the morning. Plus their is usually less wind, which is good for a longer paddle. This winter we saw a good amount of whales, lots of dolphins but it... More

No, there was a swell when we went and we couldn't get that close. We ended up going a little farther out to sea instead. Even without getting close to the caves it was a great experience. Have fun!

Is the Kayak and Snorkel combo a tour of the sea caves? Also do you get to keep the snorkel gear for use later in the day?

I only did the snorkel tour, not the kayak one. They did advise us we could use the equipment up until 6pm, that's included. If we used it overnight, they charge around $10, I believe. Like I said, they were pleasant... More
