La Jolla is so beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. Great place for families. Seemed pretty safe. Parking tough on weekend.

Went for Labor Day weekened with my husband, 4 small children, my brother and his two kids. A great environment for family's. The life gaurds where great at making sure everyone was safe. Friendly people and what a beautiful place to be!!!

Hi Marianne, If there is no traffic you can go from mission beach to La Jolla in 15-20 min. No idea about the Cabanas
