I live three houses away and avoid with too many people. I've seen people sleep in tents I see people in there vams or rvs smoking pot overnight. Some believe the street is a big trash can as its often littered with beer cans fast food and yes condoms. Unfortunately for me too many non-neighborhood people and they just don't... More

This is a special park! Has both green grass, trees, nature and surrounding it -- the ocean on all sides! Below is Crescent Bay Beach and you can walk within 10 minutes to get there! Beautiful!

This is overlooking one of my favorite beaches in Orange County. So I'd greatly appreciate it if you went about your day and stayed well clear of this beach. Parking will be challenging on a typically beautiful sunny day, which will certainly happen in the summer and may surprise you any day of the year. So, yeah, don't go here.

Wonderful, peaceful place to hang out and do people watching and see the ocean. It is also a great place to take a photo as there are stairs that take you up so you get a full view of the area. Parking is a bit hard but I suggest that you go for the paid parking and save your self... More

We were here in October for about 4 hours, and while there were two groups of protestors that hung out on the edge of the beach, it was otherwise young people, families and retirees all enjoying sun and surf. The beach was quite clean and there were lots of activities on the outskirts for basketball, volleyball, and catch. Surfers were... More

I am so happy I found this recommendation!! It was definitely worth visiting, and I got some beautiful pictures of the beach and landscape. As many reviewers posted, parking is quite limited, so get there early. As most of Laguna Beach, this Vista Point is nestled into a residential neighborhood, so there is only a certain amount of "street" parking.... More

This is a less-touristy beach in Laguna Beach with limited access and parking on the street. Great for swimming and snorkeling.

This is one to take folks from out of town to visit. Located high above Crescent Beach this little park is the place for a Sunset Picnic. Beautiful views both north and south. No beach access.
