This home is another early settlement in Lake Forest area. The grounds are well maintained and interesting to visit. Only 15 minutes from Heritage Park in Lake Forest. Would encourage to visit same day to grasp the rich history of south county.

The charming little compound gives a look at life in the early 1900's in SoCal pre-surfboard. if you are sightseeing with your family and have a day between Legoland and Disney, this is a very nice couple of hours to spend.

First find Modjeska Fire Station or kids park turn down private road across creek and look to the left for the sign and turn into the parking lot. No trespassing sign is for further road past entrance. Walk on road to houses on the right....More

I agree about Cooks Corner. There is really nothing else around for lunch. You could try researching restaurants in Rancho Santa Margarita, which is the city nearby. But otherwise there is nothing else close-by.
