I love to go to the grill at Wente Vineyards Golf Course and watch the sunset over a great burger and wine. This is a great location to watch the golfers play the 18th hole as you eat wonderful food and sip wine. It's a great place to wind down at the end of the week. Seating is indoors and... More

The golf course is pleasant not overly challenging and has nice staff but I am not not convinced it's worth the 160 bucks it will cost you to play if you hire clubs. However what makes it somewhere to actively avoid especially given the cost are the changing rooms (see photo) or rather the urinal because that is where you... More

Greg Norman did an outstanding job designing this beautiful course set among the hills and vineyards in Livermore. Each hole is interesting and challenging. My friend and I played here last week and in order to relax and really enjoy the day, we decided to play a scramble. That was definitely the way to go for us. On every hole... More

Nice place to have lunch and a glass of wine, mixed drink or a draft beer while sitting on a large outdoor patio surrounded by trees and a beautiful golf course or sitting inside a nice air conditioned grill watching your favorite sports program eating a burger or just an appetizer from the basic menu. The service is outstanding with... More

I have played here before and it is always a challenge. It is long and there are plenty of hazards. It is in great condition and the little restaurant has some good stuff.

I live on the same street as Wente and although I've been to the winery, concerts, and restaurant, I've never golfed there as we normally hit the less expensive courses in town. My spouse won a free play at on a weekday and a shared cart for two so we took the day off yesterday and hit the greens! Wow,... More

Course is well maintained, layout is one where no two holes look the same. After finishing front nine head up "Lombard Street", winding cart path that takes you to top of vineyard, and starts back 9. Only drawback is course bar and patio close early.

The golf course at Wente Vineyards has golf facilities. Golf course is in good shape and can be challenging when the wind comes up. There is a good restaurant and even a wine tasting room across the parking lot. Definitely a place to consider when you are in the area.
