We didn't get a chance to see a show, but the exhibits were good and the grounds were beautiful. And a great view of all sides of LA!

Fantastic views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood sign but also a very historic place. Make sure you have a clear day. Tour of onservatory was excellent and received a live presentation downstairs. Amazing place.

Hollywood sign is in plain view. Over looking the valleys and hills of LA. If you are afraid of heights you will still have a great time.

We were lucky to arrive on an open day with many telescopes focused on the sun and on the moon, and a guided tour of the main telescope. It would be worth walking up there through the natural landscape, with a rewarding view at the...More

Paid parking is all along the road $8 as well as in a good-sized lot right next to the Observatory less than 50 yards from the entrance.

The Hollywood sign is fenced off a good distance from the sign. It is a Trespassing offense to go to the sign. There are some good spots in the main tourist areas for viewing the sign.
