Hi! Well, I would go just before sunset! You will be rewarded with amazing views and then have the opportunity to use the telescope to look into the night sky. Be prepared to walk a little, as the observatory carpark is usually full. Best would probably be carshare or public transport as the parking costs 8 dollars per hour.
