This is a fun venue. More than 100 merchants, 40 restaurants. Fresh produce .All seating is in the outdoor/courtyard area. Multiple Shopping options. Fine dining possible. Great place to wander. Recommend Magees's Kitchen and The Gumbo Pot.

yes it would be great for kids; but I would recommend that they be older than 6. While you are walking around the farmer's market there are opportunities to sit so it should be good for kids. Have fun!

The places you go on the tour are certainly good for children and they are welcome on the tour. You still have to pay full price for each unless they are under 5 yes old. It is a good experience for all.
