If you have been to San Francisco`s pier 39 you will find a few pearls in here for you. The little fountain light show is mesmerizing to watch and the whole place is filled with amazing stores and places to eat.

It was a lovely Saturday Evening out with Friends and it culminated with dinner for 5 at Bucca Di Beppo Italian Restaurant where we had the traditional Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs. It was indeed a lovely night out

No you don't. It's just off to the right of the entrance to the park, you're free to look around and shop there. It's worth it, however Universal was not worth the price IMO.
