Our travel agent told us that it would be a great way to get around with a stop right near our hotel, but she was wrong. The stop was a fifteen minute walk from our hotel, and once on, the tour narration was boring. The...More

We always try to do a bus tour in a new city, and visiting LA we found that this one seemed to be one of the best. We were staying near Warner brothers studio, so got the route that took people to either Universal or...More

We've used the service of this company before when we were in LA 5 years ago and it was great, but this time we were highly disappointed! Once onboard we headed to our first stop, number 9. The drop off/ pick up of this stop...More

I really like City Sightseeing in general. The buses and tours are usually very interesting and offer a lot to see. Los Angeles, being a large city, had a lot of routes, and maybe the one I picked (downtown) was just a dud, but I...More

Starting with the positives, for a city the size of Los Angeles it's a good way of getting to some of the more far flung locations - the main reason I took the tour was that I was staying in Burbank and wanted to visit...More

We have used various other city sightseeing tours and this by far is the worst one we have ever used! The tour maps state that you should only use 2 routes a day, but to see Venice beach you have no choice than to use...More

I've used this tour company in other cities with much better luck. Schedule says they come every 20-30 minutes, but that's unreliable. They also claim there is an app to see when the next bus is arriving, but that never worked. Multiple times the busses...More

I did this tour in mid-May and, overall, the tour itself was great. Given the size of LA, it does take quite a while to get round all the routes the company offers but they really do take you round all of the places you'd...More

We've just done the Beverly Hills & Hollywood tour which is red line. We were in transit between the flights and didn't have much time to absorb what LA offers. The tour itself was average. The content is not contemporary, speaker phones don't work well,...More

Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie
stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day,
tourists flock here from around the world to see the
iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to
catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close.
Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas
the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and
hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night

You can use any route with just the one ticket. But give your self time if you plan on doing the Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

LA is actually quite vast so it depends what you want to do and see. I found the hop on and off bus really good value for money and there are various routes so you can do a couple of them. you couldn't do all the routes in... More
