CitySights LA offers the best hop-on, hop-off bus tours on a fleet of new double-decker buses designed with top-deck-only seating to provide you with the best possible views of Los Angeles Attractions, neighborhoods and places of interest. It's the...more
Bought 2 day ticket for $49. Wanted to go to Venice beach which meant 3 different lines. Then read brochure which recommends you do not do more than two routes in one day. Well if you are staying in Hollywood they are recommending you don't...More
We had time for one leg of the City Sights Hop-On, Hop-Off tour and chose the red line. It was almost $150. 00 for the 3 of us and was really disappointing. They went near Paramount studio, but not past it, and i really feel...More
Wasted far to much time waiting for connecting buses.
It was last Sunday and plenty of people around but bus sat around corner for at least 25 minutes.
Commentary was a bit hoo hum as we had often passed what they were describing.
I went on the Starline LA Grand Tour today with a friend. There was a small group and I was completely impressed. Our tour guide Bruce was fabulous. He has a passion for his job and was so knowledgeable and interesting that I now have...More
Does go to good locations.
Personally I like live narration, this is all pre-recorded by someone with a British accent, and repeats some of the information word for word.

The last of 4 tour bus passes we had for our trip, and due to the lack of an on bus guide, the least enjoyable, the recorded commentary was OK, but lacked the personal touch we had had in NYC, Chicago and Washington. The Red...More
Really enjoyed the Los Angeles City Tour with this company. The driver was very informative and had an excellent knowledge of the city. He was very easy to listen to for the whole 6 hours of the tour. Would highly recommend this company.
From the second I met Gregg Donovan who greeted me with a great big smile and a ton of advices I felt safe, knowledgable and welcomed.
The ticket office was equally welcoming and everyone seemed so happy. The tour guide was funny and knowledgable and...More
The hopper bus does cover a vast area. They have the plug in earphones and don't have to wait for long. Only negative the bus waits for ages around 30mins at the base and sometimes throughout. Would recommend
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night
partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
